Confirm that your traffic ticket complies with our Terms & Conditions:
Terms & Conditions
1. Your ticket must be in the Justice Court or Municipal Court of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, or Henderson;
2. You must contact us for legal representation at least one week before the court date listed on your ticket; and
3. Your ticket is for:
If, and only if, you can truthfully answer “yes” to these three questions, then please proceed to Step 2.
Provide your contact information & upload a clear photograph of the entire front side of your traffic ticket:
*We will send you this invoice only upon us confirming that you successfully complied with Steps 1 & 2. Only upon us receiving payment will our legal representation begin. If you fail to comply with Steps 1 & 2, you may be subject to penalties from the Court, including, but not limited to, having a warrant issued for your arrest or having to pay higher penalties, fines, and/or legal fees.
What Happens Next?
Upon completing the three steps listed above, we will contact the court and seek to negotiate your ticket to the lowest penalty possible. As soon as we know what the ultimate outcome of your ticket is, we will be sure to promptly let you know.
What Will the Outcome of My Ticket Be?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any promises as to what the outcome of your ticket will be, as it ultimately depends on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) who the judge is; 2) who the prosecutor is; 3) how often you receive tickets, and 4) what you were cited for. While we are unable to promise a specific outcome, we can provide you with our best prediction based on past experiences, which oftentimes turn out to be correct. Nevertheless, each case is different, and nothing is guaranteed.
What Is The Best Case Scenario?
Each case is different, and therefore, we cannot guarantee a particular outcome. However, in some cases, we can get charges dismissed by showing the court proper proof of insurance, registration, and/or a driver’s license. Alternatively, in other cases, we are often able to get your charge dropped down to an illegal parking charge, with no points on your record or traffic school. However, each case is different, and therefore, we are unable to guarantee a specific outcome.
What Penalties Can the Court Assess?
In almost all cases, you should expect to pay a fine to the Court. Other penalties may include but are not limited to, you receiving points on your driving record and/or having to complete traffic school.
How Long Will I Have to Pay My Fine to The Court?
The deadline by which you must pay your fine to the court ultimately depends on the Judge. Typically, the Judges will require that payment is submitted within one to three months of the date on which we negotiate your ticket.
How Do I Pay My Fine?
Each courthouse has its own payment options and instructions. These instructions can be found by clicking the appropriate link below or by contacting the courthouse.

Do Courts Offer Payment Plans?
It depends on the Judge and/or the Court. If you would like us to request a payment plan for you, please let us know at the time you hire us. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to get on a payment plan after the date on which we go to Court for you to negotiate your ticket. Furthermore, to the extent you are put on a payment plan, you should expect to pay additional fees to the Courthouse on top of the fine(s) assessed by the Judge
What Is the General Timeline for Resolving Traffic Tickets?
The timeline is different for each court and/or ticket, and as such, we are unable to provide a specific timeline. As a general rule of thumb, we will typically be able to tell you about the outcome of your ticket within 1 – 4 weeks of you completing the 3-Steps listed above, and then you will have anywhere from 30 – 90 days from the date we tell you the outcome to pay the fine to the courthouse.
Should I Hire A Lawyer or Just Take Care of the Ticket Myself?
Although each case is different and no outcome can be guaranteed upfront, hiring a lawyer to represent you for your traffic ticket oftentimes results in a lower penalty. It can also save you a significant amount of time, as you will not have to go to the court where you could potentially wait in a long line to enter the courthouse or argue your case while in the courtroom.
Will I Need to Go to Court?
As long as you’ve complied with our three steps to a $100 Traffic Ticket, you will not have to go to court.
The Court Date on My Ticket Has Passed. Should I Be Worried?
It depends. If you failed to attend your court date or hire a lawyer to attend it for you, you should definitely be worried as the Court may issue a warrant out for your arrest.
My Ticket Is In Warrant Status. Does That Qualify for $100 Legal Representation?
No. Unfortunately, when your ticket goes into warrant status, we cannot represent you for only $100 as your legal representation would require additional legal work. First, we would need to file a Motion to Quash the Warrant, which may or may not be granted by the Judge. If it is granted, we will then be able to contact the Court to negotiate your traffic ticket. If you would like us to perform the aforementioned legal work for you, please contact us immediately for a FREE initial consultation to discuss rates and whether we can represent you.
