Rachel Solow, Esq.
Managing Attorney
Rachel has 19 years of experience as a personal injury lawyer. She has worked on cases from the beginning all the way up through litigation, including on multi-million dollar cases. She has true compassion for her clients, and fights ruthlessly for them to ensure they get the compensation they deserve. Whether she’s in the courtroom or arguing with an insurance adjuster, she does not take lightly the sneaky tactics of insurance companies and is quick to call them out on the games they play.
In the early years of her career, Ms. Solow focused on high-risk civil litigation, dealing primarily with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex business matters. She subsequently joined a prominent national defense firm, where she represented doctors and lawyers in professional liability cases and handled intricate employment, class action, and collective action litigation. For the past decade, Ms. Solow has returned to her roots, passionately representing injured individuals.
Ms. Solow earned her Juris Doctorate, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law. Her academic excellence is reflected in her receipt of three CALI awards for achieving the highest grade in Legal Writing II, Professional Responsibility, and Water Law. She also served as President of the Public Interest Law Association and contributed her expertise by volunteering in the law school’s legal clinic, where she conducted public seminars. Ms. Solow’s extensive experience, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine passion for client advocacy form the foundation of her successful legal practice, consistently achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
When she’s not fighting for justice for her clients, she spends her time raising her children and helping them achieve their dreams. Her oldest son loves math and physics and is studying to be an aerospace engineer at college. Her youngest son is still in high school here in Las Vegas. He also loves math and physics and is very involved with theater. Both of her sons are Eagle Scouts and Rachel was one of the leaders of their Scout troop. She has a heart for children and has volunteered to coach for various youth soccer, basketball, and volleyball teams throughout the years.
